Aims

1. Deliver pastoral support that complements and strengthens the school's faith ethos rather than sitting alongside it as a separate offer.

2. Strengthen personal development, inclusion, and safeguarding practice across Ofsted's key evaluation areas.

3. Provide CPD for pastoral staff that develops both professional skill and genuine values-alignment.

4. Support the school to demonstrate strong personal development practice — to Ofsted, to governors, and to the community it serves.

By the end:
